[Western Crossover] Superhero Villains Protect Their Hair with My Inner Voice

Joshua was bound to a System whose purpose was to reform villains. But when someone entered a positive or negative sign incorrectly while adjusting the settings, the target villains could hear every word of the System's mental conversations with Joshua. Joshua wasn't interested in reforming villains, so the System earnestly tried to persuade him: [Let me explain. Harry has a hereditary illness. If you don't help him, everyone will turn against him and he'll become a monster! Charles and his good lover... I mean, good friend Erik will break up on a beach. Erik will paralyze him, and then he'll get kidnapped! Lex will create a weapon of mass destruction that's even more disobedient than Superman! And it's really ugly! And they'll all go bald in the end! Oh, it's so heartbreaking! Except for Bald Lex, of course. Nobody feels sorry for Bald Lex.] Harry, Erik, and Bald Lex, who were eavesdropping: "..." Harry starts eliminating rivals and recruiting villains, while strictly using hair-growth serum. Erik takes great care of Charles and suggests he use the brainwave amplifier less and stay away from any blue-skinned men. Lex turns over a new leaf, becomes a vegetarian, prays to Buddha, and polishes his Kryptonite ring... And then Joshua discovers that he doesn't have to do a thing. The villains reform themselves. Everyone also seems to care a lot more about their scalp health. Not only has their hair gotten thicker, they've also made up with their old enemies! Well, except for Bald Lex. He wouldn't say a single nice thing about Superman if you killed him. Loki is the exception. The usual tricks don't really work on the God of Mischief. Based on past experience, Joshua says, "Your brother will straighten himself out eventually." The System says, "When Loki dies, his brother is devastated and drinks to drown his sorrows. He loses his handsome appearance, and his beer belly jiggles..." Loki, looking grave, stabs his brother in the kidney. Thor: "Look at him!" [Western Crossover] Batman's Stand-In Cat Can't Stop Healing People, starts January 14 When Xie Lin was bound to an English-learning System, he'd already imagined himself fighting alongside Stark and becoming the Avengers' strongest ace. After all, not everyone got the chance to study in New York and join the Avengers with superpowers granted by learning English, just as the System had promised! But the moment the System bound itself to him, Xie Lin closed his eyes, imagining a future as a hero. When he opened them again, he was a cat. And he hadn't ended up in New York. He was in Arkham Asylum, a place found only in the comics, and the first person he met was the Joker! Fortunately, he was adorable, with black fur and blue eyes, like a certain bat from Gotham. The Joker was grinning as he squeezed Xie Lin until his eyes nearly popped out. Xie Lin made a snap decision and told the System to boost his healing ability! Max it out! The Joker froze. The Joker let go. The Joker buried his face in Xie Lin's belly and took a deep sniff. With his stand-in appearance and healing abilities, Xie Lin soon got to throw his weight around among the villains. He didn't expect to run into the real Batman sneaking through Arkham! So he took the real deal along to rescue Jason from the basement, only to find the Avengers, whom he'd been dreaming about, gathered around him. Holy crap, the System really hadn't tricked him. It had actually sent him to save the Avengers! Batman had heard that Arkham had a shameless Batman stand-in who let anyone pet him. He thought it was his counterpart from a parallel world, and worried that the other Batman had lost his memories and gone astray. So he went to Arkham to rescue Jason and investigate at the same time. He never expected to fall for his own stand-in's belly! Whenever he got tired of fighting, he'd pet the cat. The more he did, the better he felt, and the more energized he became. Even his old back and knee injuries seemed to heal! Until the cat suddenly turned into a man. Xie Lin: "Are you done petting me? Where are you putting your hands?!" Theme: Love can save everything.
