The Warlock

Sterling first saw the male witch in his father's bed. The king's enormous bed was in disarray. The man at its center had wheat-colored skin that shimmered beneath the light like flowing golden silk. Iron chains enchanted to suppress magic bound his neck, and suggestive red marks covered his body. Sterling knew this was his father's spoils of war, the kingdom's new "queen," and his "stepmother." A dark gaze slipped through the crack in the door and landed on the bed. Beneath Sterling's father, his "stepmother" seemed to sense someone watching and turned his head toward Sterling, flashing him a flirtatious smile. The handsome face glistening with sweat possessed a beauty beyond the human realm, like an incubus from legend. In an instant, a pitch-black abyss opened at Sterling's feet. Thorny roses reaching out of the darkness dragged him into a fate from which there was no return. ▲▲Content warning: A rugged, masculine bottom, who's also universally adored ▲▲ Blurb screenshot saved on 2020.5.24 Theme:
