Synopsis:
The first time Gui Yao met Fu Chiji, he was an elder in her boyfriend's family. The man came downstairs wearing a dressing gown, elegant and composed. Everyone said he was a noble gentleman, as pure and bright as the moon after rain.
Gui Yao was led over by her boyfriend and called him "Uncle."
On a snowy night some time later, her boyfriend's childhood friend set her up, and she fell awkwardly into a puddle.
Beneath the faint moonlight, the man's tall figure enveloped her.
Fu Chiji draped his warm coat over her shoulders, but refused to let her leave. Amid the wind and snow, his gaze was dark and burning as his cool fingertips slowly traced her neck. His low, husky voice tempted her: "Yaoyao, I can do everything he can, and I have more than he does."
"From now on... will you stay by my side?"
Later, she became his wife.
When her ex-boyfriend came knocking to find her, Fu Chiji had her pressed against the wall, kissing her passionately.
I admit it. From the very beginning, my feelings for her were impure.
Fu Chiji
