Led by Rebellion

When Cheng Wenxian's mother fell in love again, her new partner had a son. She pointed to the young man across from them and said to Cheng Wenxian, "This is your older brother, Yan Heng."

He stood very straight and was much taller than Cheng Wenxian. His features were cool and aloof, yet somehow softened by a hint of warmth. He was two years ahead of Cheng Wenxian and had already graduated.

She knew he was an outstanding student, devoted to his studies above all else, like an ascetic monk focused solely on cultivation. He treated invitations to have fun from male classmates and love letters from female classmates as though they were nothing.

She also knew he was the kind of perfect child her mother admired, a "good son" who would never be knocked from his pedestal.

On Cheng Wenxian's eighteenth birthday, she got drunk at a KTV and grabbed a young man passing by. "This is my older brother, Yan Heng. He'll take me home."

He took her home and brought her to the guest room on the second floor, only for Cheng Wenxian to pin him against the wall. His back hit the light switch, and with a click, the room went dark.

In the darkness, only a sliver of moonlight spilled in through the window.

The usually quiet girl looked at her mother's perfect stepson, and the wickedness in her heart steadily grew.

She tipped her head up and leaned toward him, her voice domineering and shameless. "I'm going to kiss you."

As soon as the words left her mouth, she leaned in with an audacity that left no room for refusal.

The next day, after Cheng Wenxian sobered up, she lowered her eyes and acted meek, as if she were the one who'd been bullied. Yan Heng was nearly laughing with anger.

After that, Cheng Wenxian kept repeating her behavior. Yan Heng played along, wanting to see just how far she would go.

In the end, he watched Cheng Wenxian get her wish and ruin her father's relationship with her aunt. He watched her fight with her aunt until they were estranged...

Yan Heng's feelings were complicated. It wasn't until Cheng Wenxian that he suddenly began to panic.
