Blurb:

Shi Xin never imagined she would one day transmigrate to the cultivation world, be sacrificed to an evil dragon, and become its winter food supply.

Afraid to die, Shi Xin pinched her tiny waist and stalled for time. "I'm so skinny, all bony with barely any meat. Why don't you fatten me up before you eat me?"

The evil dragon wore dark blue scales, its horns rising from mist-blue hair. Its mesmerizing eyes narrowed, and its tail lazily tapped the ground behind it.

Shi Xin's heart lurched. Waaaah, was she really going to die here?

To her surprise, the noble dragon pushed the spirit fruit by the corner over to Shi Xin, then closed its bewitching eyes.

To keep herself from gaining weight too quickly, Shi Xin exercised and was picky about her food. She was quite fussy at mealtimes.

The spirit fruit she'd picked was too sour, so she refused to eat it. She didn't want to eat the spirit beasts he'd caught raw or alive, either, and begged the evil dragon with pitiful little whimpers to kill a chicken and cook for her.

The evil dragon used its exquisitely manicured nails to slit open the spirit beast's belly, eyes lowered as it roasted a whole beast until it was savory and fragrant. Then it swished its tail and watched Shi Xin finish all the meat before closing its eyes again.

Shi Xin felt that the evil dragon's gaze grew hotter every day as it watched her eat!

At last, after spending every day on tenterhooks, she found the perfect chance to escape.

And so began the cycle: she ran, it chased, she couldn't get away even if she grew wings. She ran again, it chased again, and she still couldn't escape.

Captured once more, Shi Xin lay motionless on the ground. I'm too tired to run. I've given up. Hurry up and eat me, I need to reincarnate. Waaaaah.

Shi Xin thought she was done for, until she woke up aching all over and saw the breathtakingly beautiful man sleeping beside her. She was completely dumbfounded!

After a long moment, she understood. She had indeed been eaten, but not that kind of eaten. That kind of eaten...
