[Digimon] Starting from the Beginning

Mo Yibai, an NPC employee in a virtual-reality Digimon game, finally got killed in one hit by her boss one very unlucky day, and got written out of the game.

When she woke up again, she was in the Digital World. But is her start just a little too difficult?!

Mo Yibai raised her dog paw to look at it, then lowered her head and couldn't even find a Holy Ring. She was practically having a breakdown. Start as a dog, and scavenge all your gear?

Later, she met her boss, Lucemon, who was only a month old, wearing no clothes and no Holy Ring.

Later still, she met her coworkers and mortal enemies. They were all at the Child stage, and none of them were wearing clothes.

That's when she finally realized how naive she'd been. Scavenge all your gear? Sorry, this is way too ancient for that. She'd better craft the gear herself and do her bit so future generations of Digimon can evolve with equipment already in hand!

Mo Yibai: ...I'm so mad, but I still have to smile. JPG.

P.S. Content warnings:

1. Many characters who seem like villains will be redeemed. In this setting, Virus and Vaccine types are just different attributes and have no bearing on character. The Seven Great Demon Lords took lots to determine who would bear the marks of the Seven Deadly Sins to counter the Apocalymon. They didn't get them because they had committed too many crimes. So my personal takes on their personalities are completely off the rails.

2. The CP is probably Lucemon.

3. The timeline is set extremely early, and the story will take a very, very long time to unfold. It's practically a pioneering-the-frontier story. (Covers face.)

4. The author's track record for finishing stories is terrible, and my ideas are strange. I have no idea what bizarre plot twists I'll come up with, so enter at your own risk!

The author has moved to Lofter to update the story~
