Song Against the Wind

Also known as My Boyfriend Is Jealous Every Day

Qu Siyuan only belatedly realized that he actually had an admirer, and that admirer was a jealous one.

Jealous of everything under the sun, yet he refused to admit it.

Qu Siyuan: You like me?

Jiang Yuanlu: Impossible!

Qu Siyuan: Are you jealous?

Jiang Yuanlu: In your dreams!

"Your name is Yuanlu? Mine is Siyuan! I've admired you for ages. What a stroke of luck to meet you!"

After her father suddenly passed away, Qu Siyuan was forced to return to her hometown and start a business,

seizing every chance to flatter the investor.

Unexpectedly, she got herself into trouble she would never escape for the rest of her life.

(The meddling investor vs. the handsome, doe-eyed small-business owner)

Coming next: Please Walk into the Trap (We dated for seven days, broke up for seven years, and I missed you for exactly 2,691 days.)

Theme: Stay in your hometown while young, and help it thrive while the time is right.
