After entering the interstellar age, the empire was constantly at war, and its population dwindled.

The matchmaking agent said, "What if you married someone with a hairless spirit form, sir? We'd provide you with a house! How does that sound?"

Wei Zichen: "Do you think I'm someone who needs a house?"

The matchmaking agent said, "Still not enough? We'll also give each of you fifty thousand toward the wedding! And if your spouse has a hairless spirit form, we'll throw in another thirty thousand!"

Wei Zichen: "Find me someone with fur, and I'll give you a hundred thousand!"

The matchmaking agent said, "Not interested in the money? Sir, you can't be like this. That's species discrimination. Plenty of hairless males are wonderful and faithful. How about this: I'll prepare five profiles for you! They're all tall, muscular beastmen with V-lines or abs. They're hairless, but I promise they're so handsome they'll make your legs weak! Would you do me the favor of choosing one and having a meal with him?"

Wei Zichen: "Heh. Unless he's furry, there's nothing to discuss!"

Even in the interstellar age, there are still three genders, and marriage is never forced! The government is desperately promoting matches to raise the birth rate, guaranteeing that the partners they provide are top quality, and offering returns and exchanges.
