A World Without Ashus

Manually pinned. Spoiler warning: The endgame pairing is Zhuo Ran. This is an old story that I finished and put behind a paywall a long time ago. The romance wasn't settled right away, and there was some investment in different pairings as the story progressed. There will definitely be a love rivalry, but since the story is now complete, that's no longer an issue. In the end, Zhuo Ran is the best match. That's all! Please be sure to read this! This is a warm, healing story about love, justice, and humanity's indomitable spirit... (Pah! Shut up, you shameless old crook.) Ahem. Here's the actual blurb: The world seems to go around and around, never able to draw a full stop. When Asius died once again and opened his eyes, he found that something about the whole world seemed different. It didn't take long for him to discover that, in this world, he did not exist. After a tragedy that had repeated itself countless times finally came to an end, would things turn out differently this time? All the familiar characters make an appearance. A passive, world-ending seme who couldn't care less x a shou who falls in love at first sight, across past and present lives. A friendly note about the plot: The protagonist has been reborn n times, but each time he can't remember what happened before. It's as if everything starts over, and he only remembers it all at the moment of his death. So his own tragedy has already repeated itself n times. But this is actually a fairly healing story, and it has a happy ending. This is an old story. I finished it and put it behind a paywall on a whim, so it definitely has a lot of flaws. I don't think I've grown much as a writer since then, either. Overall, it's written in a light-novel style. If that's your thing, little angels passing by, feel free to give it a try. There are angst, sweetness, heartbreak, and love rivalries. The protagonist is a passive scumbag, and that's on me... I'm sorry if anything makes for an unpleasant reading experience _(:з"∠)_ Theme: As long as you look forward to the future, it holds infinite possibilities.
