Ever since I finished watching The Mystic Nine, I haven't been able to move on. I was completely captivated by them: the imposing Buddha Lord, the devoted Second Master, the adorable Eighth Master... The story was moving, and the actors portrayed their roles wonderfully. The ending was glorious and deeply touching, though it was hard to let go. Without all that national strife, they could have had much happier lives. Besides, Second Master, Eighth Master, and the Adjutant were all single at the end. Wouldn't they be lonely? So I decided to make my own treats and feed myself.
A few notes about the story:
1. The female lead is an original character. She's neither a pure, innocent saint nor a Mary Sue, and she has no golden finger.
2. I don't know much about tomb raiding, so I won't cover that part. I don't want to make a fool of myself. This is primarily a romance, and I just want them to have a good love story.
3. The romance won't be full of contrived drama. There are no love triangles, and not everyone will fall for the female lead. I'll do my best to find everyone a good match.
