A Sweet Time With You

[My new story, The You Hidden in My Heart, is now live] [Weibo: Jinjiang Zhang Buyi] * Everyone at Xifu University knows that Xu Linfeng, the art department's heartthrob, is cold and quiet. In four years, no woman has managed to win him over. Bei Jia had been secretly in love with Xu Linfeng for four whole years. The night before she left campus for her internship, she drank a little and mustered the courage to sneak into his studio. All she wanted that night was to confess to him. But she hadn't expected Xu Linfeng to have been drinking too. The studio was dark, lit only by the bright moon... and the night took an unexpected turn. Two months later, Bei Jia discovered she was pregnant. Xu Linfeng didn't say much, only that he would take responsibility for her. Then they got married. Bei Jia had thought their marriage, brought together by a child, could never last. Then one late night, Xu Linfeng held her tightly from behind, their fingers interlaced. "That night, I knew it was you. I knew as soon as you came in." [Before that night, the image he couldn't get out of his mind was her bright eyes. After that night, it was the tender, loving way his woman looked at him.] A vivacious, fiery sweetheart VS a cold-on-the-outside, warm-on-the-inside abstinent heartthrob Notes: 1. One-on-one romance, absolutely a happy ending. Sweet everyday moments, very sweet, super sweet, tooth-achingly sweet. 3. If you like it, please add it to your favorites. After all, you're a fairy! 4. All she knew was that he was a school bully no one should mess with: bad-tempered, always fighting, and never studying. It wasn't until their senior year, when he risked his life to save her from a speeding car, that she realized he wasn't all that bad. She owed him her life, so she started stopping him from fighting, forcing him to study, and pestering him to tutor her. But he wasn't having it. "Can you stop bothering me? You think I saved you because I'm into you? I'd save anyone, even a dog!" Li Xining really thought he was annoyed by her, and had even decided to go to college out of town. But after the college entrance exams, Lu Yuling cornered her in a pitch-black basement, speaking slowly and deliberately: "Didn't we agree to get into Xifu University together?" Li Xining was too scared to speak. Lu Yuling looked down at her, his expression calm but his voice burning with intensity. "Li Xining, you still owe me your life. How are you going to pay me back?" [2] Lu Yuling is a talented, handsome singer with both skill and star power, and an almost perfect physique. He's often invited to attend luxury fashion shows. And Lu is pretty good to his fans, too. But there's one thing that's off limits: anyone who tries to come between him and his girlfriend gets beaten so badly they won't even recognize their own mother. No one has ever seen the girlfriend he announced he had when he first debuted. They've only seen the ring he never takes off his ring finger. Then one day, a paparazzo finally caught a glimpse of her. Lu was in the middle of an intimate moment with her. In a deserted, dimly lit alley at night, Lu Yuling trapped Li Xining in the narrow space between his arms and the wall. His expression was so tender it could melt her. "Kiss me." Li Xining: "So many people want to kiss you. I'm not going to." Lu Yuling gently pinched her chin. "Why are you jealous? Haven't I belonged to you for ages?" The next day, the news hit the trending lists. Lu Yuling publicly confirmed their relationship and tagged Li Xining: This is my woman. I'm hers. People guessed Li Xining was some minor celebrity, until someone finally dug up her background: she's the only daughter of the chairman of Haixing Real Estate. A marketing account tried to cash in on the buzz: Lu, are you being kept by a rich woman?! Lu Yuling replied: Yes. This woman has me for life. [That night, I wasn't playing the hero. I risked my life to draw the one light in my heart to me.] Theme: Healing
