After a hundred lifetimes of reincarnation, Lin Zimian awoke from a dream and learned that if he died just one more time, he could return to the wonderful world beyond!

He'd heard the Imperial Medical Academy was full of danger, and the emperor loved having people buried with him.

Lin Zimian: I'll buy an official post! I want to join the Imperial Medical Academy.

He'd heard the emperor was choosing consorts, and that being a consort was an easy way to die.

Lin Zimian: I'll put on makeup! I want to enter the harem.

He'd heard the border was under attack, and soldiers died in battle by the hundreds.

Lin Zimian: Sign me up! I want to go to war.

Lin Zimian went further and further down the path of courting death, but every time, the gong dragged him back.

Gong: Let's see who dares to let you die.

Shou: I shall seek death from the ends of the earth!

Gong: I'll allow you to die on top of me.

Shou: ...

"I Got Gay After Binding Myself to a Compliment System"

Short-tempered Si Huai was terminally ill and on the verge of death when he suddenly came across a System.

The System told him, "As long as you shower Lu Xiuzhi with compliments, you can stay alive."

Lu Xiuzhi was a business tycoon with a fortune to match, but his extremely yin constitution attracted ghosts and monsters.

A fortune-teller told him that if he stayed with someone of extreme yang, he could escape the evil spirits haunting him and his constant bad luck.

Later, Si Huai became Lu Xiuzhi's personal assistant.

Lu Xiuzhi: He praises me all the time. Does he like me?

Si Huai: He sticks to me all day. Is he trying to make me gay?
