Dual male leads, transmigration to another world, dystopia
Hiram Syndrome: Those who suffer from it can recover from even the most serious injuries in a matter of minutes, without a scar. The side effect is a shortened lifespan.
Unfortunately, Qin Jiao is one of those afflicted with the disease, and was bullied because of it during his school years.
Even more unfortunately, he transmigrates to a bizarre world where people have no surnames. Most are born in test tubes, and almost everyone has a special ability.
And the people in this world seem to develop an inexplicable appetite for him.
Resident A: The meat on his thighs is tender and firm, with little fat. Let's barbecue it over charcoal.
Resident B: He's a little thin, but he's tall. There's enough meat to feed our whole family for a month.
Resident C: What a rare constitution. Maybe eating his flesh will give us the same constitution.
Qin Jiao: Shut up! Cannibalism is against the law!
After barely escaping a starving homeless man's clutches, Qin Jiao runs blindly until he crashes into Horik, the first person he meets after transmigrating, and the only one who doesn't develop an appetite for him.
Qin Jiao: "Help... me."
Horik: "I don't understand what you're saying, but if you want to live, come with me."
"What are we going to do?"
"Conquer the world."
Qin Jiao thinks: Is this guy... suffering from chuunibyou?
A few things to note, but it's best to read them:
- I made up Hiram Syndrome. It isn't a real disease.
- The male lead isn't a noble, selfless hero, nor is he a perfect, overpowered heartthrob.
- Don't use a modern person's way of thinking to understand people from another world.
- Contains dystopian, feminist, matriarchal, and Lovecraftian elements. Not recommended for readers with patriarchal views.
- Some scenes are quite dark and disturbing, so please be prepared.
Theme: All things are equal
