I Thought the Crematorium Arc Was Over

1. Zhou Xiaoyou and Jiang Yin were high school classmates. They got together right before the college entrance exams, both got into the best university, and shared a dorm room. It was the kind of smooth-sailing love story everyone envied. Then they broke up. On the day they split, Zhou Xiaoyou was crying so hard he hiccuped. He told Jiang Yin, "Don't ever let me see you again." Jiang Yin's face darkened. At his words, his expression shifted and he raised an eyebrow. "Then remember to wear a blindfold when you go into the dorm." Zhou Xiaoyou's hiccups caught in his throat. So annoying! After the breakup, he sat down at his computer and, to vent his rage at Jiang Yin, spent a month furiously writing a groveling-ex story about Jiang Yin. In his version, Jiang Yin was consumed by regret and chased him for three months after the breakup. Every twist existed just to make Jiang Yin suffer, every scene of groveling existed just to put him through hell. Zhou Xiaoyou was satisfied. He was walking on air as he left the hotel and got into a car accident. Two months later, when Zhou Xiaoyou woke up, his memories were confused. He remembered what had happened over those three months as the plot of the groveling-ex story he'd just written. 2. Jiang Yin went to the hospital to visit his ex-boyfriend, who had been in a car accident. As soon as his ex opened his eyes, without even having the IV removed from the back of his hand, he pointed at Jiang Yin and ordered, "Help me take a shower. Make sure the water's just the right temperature." Jiang Yin: "...Did you just learn to rap?" "Don't worry. If you can't help reacting, I won't blame you." Jiang Yin had pursued him for so long, acting so pathetic. He was starting to feel a little sorry for him. Jiang Yin: ? 3. Zhou Xiaoyou couldn't help feeling that Jiang Yin wasn't acting quite right for someone who had supposedly just finished groveling for him. Like right now. Why was Jiang Yin holding his chin and brushing his thumb against the corner of his mouth, saying, "You've got a lot of tricks." Zhou Xiaoyou: ? Weren't you the one begging me to take you back?! *A role-reversal take on the groveling-ex trope, one-on-one romance, happy ending, short story. *A silly, sweet story with no brains or logic, written purely for laughs. Don't take it seriously. Theme: People need to learn how to communicate.
