What's It Like to Be Chosen by a Straight Man?

The title may change at any time. [What's it like to be pursued by a straight guy?] Thanks for the invite. Here's the story. To fend off admirers for my childhood friend, I pretended to be his boyfriend, showing off our affection and scaring away a whole bunch of "rivals." One day, I walked my friend back to his apartment and ran into his roommate. Tall, long-legged, with sharp brows and bright eyes. The kind of handsome that made my heart skip a beat. My friend told me he was straight, so I had to suppress my racing heart. But I couldn't help feeling there was something off about the way my friend's roommate looked at me. I suspect he's secretly in love with me. [My wet dream was about my roommate's boyfriend. Am I a terrible person?] As the title says. I have no idea how to face my roommate or his boyfriend now. And my roommate keeps asking me to look after his boyfriend. I feel like a terrible person. I want my roommate to beat me up. Not written in first person, and not in the style of a Zhihu post or forum post. One-on-one, mutual pining, a little melodramatic but sweet. I haven't figured out the rest yet.
