That Hot-Blooded Husband Ruined Our Lives [Jujutsu Kaisen]

Naoya Zenin and I have the same black moonlight.

Too bad he's a man.

Worse, he's Toji Fushiguro.

Years after Toji Fushiguro's death, Naoya Zenin and I still argue about him.

Naoya says, "You don't understand Toji at all."

I say, "You're the one who doesn't understand him."

We've argued about this since we were kids, and neither of us has ever convinced the other.

Naoya admires him for being unbeatable.

I ache for him because he wasn't unbeatable.

Everyone has their own point of view, and everyone's entitled to their own version of the story.

We both think we're the ones who truly understand Toji.

Then Satoru Gojo killed him.

As he died, all he could think about was his son.

Great.

Neither of us won.

After Toji died, Naoya took it even harder than I did.

He couldn't believe Toji had lost, couldn't accept that he was really dead.

I suddenly felt that the two of us were actually kind of pathetic.

Two die-hard Toji fans, so opposed to sharing him that neither of us got any happiness out of our beloved in the end.

I decided to stop being an unfilial Toji fan.

Naoya refused.

"What gives you the right to stop dreaming about him?"

I was baffled. "When was I ever dreaming about him? I'm a fan of him as a person."

"?"

Naoya fell quiet, thoughtful.

There are two kinds of men you should never meet in the same lifetime.

One you care about, but he doesn't give a damn about you.

The other won't admit he cares about you and won't let you go.

I was unlucky enough to meet both.

Worse still

They were both Zenins.

And so am I.

#There are no widows here, but the two of us are acting like widows#

#Toji Fushiguro, how are you going to repay us for what you owe us#
