Someone Always Wants to Kidnap a Divine Beast

(Enter at your own risk: this is an embarrassing old work _(:з"∠)_)

[A heads-up for those at the front: This is not fanfiction! It has absolutely nothing to do with "Assassin's Creed of the Princes"! For details, see the note at the very end of the blurb!]

Check out my new projects next door and add them to your to-read list~

1. A 30,000-word historical danmei sweet treat: "Grim Reaper, Please Let Me Go"

2. A 200,000-word serious story about two people reborn: "The Crown Prince Has No Shame"

Ling Guang, the Vermilion Bird divine beast, slept for over five hundred years.

For that same length of time, Jian Bing, the White Tiger divine beast, waited for him.

But when Ling Guang finally woke up, Jian Bing was dismayed to discover that he'd slept so long, he'd lost his memories too.

But it's all right. Even without his memories, Jian Bin is confident he can rekindle their romance!

Wait.

What's with you trashy demon beasts openly trying to abduct Ling Guang???

Don't you know that gods and demons have been enemies since time immemorial?!!!

An earnest, strong-willed Vermilion Bird who overthinks everything as the shou × a composed White Tiger who acts like a child in front of his beloved as the gong

[Manual highlighter] A friendly heads-up:

1. The gong only acts cute for the shou. He deliberately plays cute early on, but gradually becomes more natural later.

2. Most of this is the author's own headcanon. It may get increasingly outrageous later, so read with caution.

3. The names Ling Guang, Jian Bing, Meng Zhang, and Zhi Ming come from Baidu Baike (the Four Symbols/Four Divine Beasts). Aside from Ling Yun, all the other names come from the Classic of Mountains and Seas.
