Hua Xi never imagined that the talented new player on the team, a fierce wolf pup who had worked his way up from the youth squad reserves, had all along been... well, up to no good with her...

Hua Xi: Don't play so aggressively next time. If they bring in reinforcements, tell us and we'll all go in together.

Meng Huai: Mm.

Then the next time, he got a triple kill against the other team.

Hua Xi: Don't kiss me there... I have an interview tomorrow.

Meng Huai: Mm.

Then he lowered his head and left a string of hot, lingering kisses on the back of her neck.

(Hua Xi: orz Why are you so experienced?)

One day, Hua Xi suddenly realized that this younger guy, who seemed so innocent, obedient, and reliable to her, had so many schemes hidden in his head he could eat her alive nine times over.

Unfortunately, by then it was already too late.

Teammate: He puts on this puppy act in front of Hua Xi. Who knew the real him was a wolf who could bite the whole opposing team to death?

Pick Up Those Rabbit Ears: Blurb

When Sang You was ten, a handsome, unfamiliar older boy once came to stay with her family. When he left, Sang You cried so hard she could barely breathe. He wiped away her tears and comforted her, promising they would meet again.

In high school, Sang You moved house and transferred schools.

She raised her eyes and met a pair of dark, cold, fierce eyes in the classroom.

Where had the gentle, refined older boy from her memories gone?

Later, during the school's arts festival, he cornered her backstage. In the dim light, the long fingers of the youth lifted one soft rabbit ear beside her cheek. His voice was languid. "Are you afraid of me?"

"Who was it that cried and said she wanted to marry me when we parted back then?"

Sang You: "?!"

Shaking with fear.
