Please add my upcoming novel, Spoiled into the Wildest Agent, to your collection. It starts January 8!
The City God who skips work (gong) x the unreliable half-immortal (shou)
A story about going to university, telling fortunes, catching ghosts, slaying demons, and falling in love.
Zhu Xian was reborn. Looking at the descendants gathered below, all dressed in 'strange outfits,' he asked, "You don't seem very happy to see me?"
The Zhu clan members: "..." Could they really tell him they'd meant to use a secret technique to summon the family's greatest immortal master, but didn't have enough power and had instead summoned history's most debauched half-baked cultivator?!
Even worse, summoning a god was easy, but sending one back was hard. Their ancestor, who had died at eighteen in his previous life, had no intention of leaving.
"What do people around here do when they're eighteen?"
The current head of the Zhu family promptly sent him to school. "Take the college entrance exams..."
Who would have thought he'd run into an old acquaintance at school, who had also been reborn? "Zhang Jianchen, how many years has it been since we last met?"
"Six hundred and seven years, four months, twelve days, and three hours."
Reading guide:
1. Semi-fictional setting, lots of original worldbuilding, happy ending.
2. Updates every night at eight. Other updates are just typo fixes. If I need to take a break, I'll announce it in the blurb.
*** Upcoming novel: Spoiled into the Wildest Agent ***
The top-tier star Jiang Yan had personally cultivated turned on him and terminated their contract. Jiang Yan, who worked as his agent, was also kicked out by his former employer. He scraped together a barely surviving little company and set out to make a comeback with his only artist.
Six months later, Jiang Yan was hailed as an agent with even more buzz than the stars themselves, and had close ties with all sorts of powerful figures in the entertainment industry.
A top TV producer called him a soulmate. The most difficult investor treated him like a sworn brother. A celebrated director treated him like a son. An internationally renowned designer called him a kindred spirit.
His artists had won every kind of honor, from Best Actor and Best TV Actor to Best Female Singer, top-tier star, and fashion darling. He was the undisputed grand-slam champion of agents.
When a reporter asked why he thought he'd achieved so much, Jiang Yan laughed heartily. "I have to thank a friend who'd rather remain anonymous. Let's call him Mr. C!"
Everyone set about investigating the mysterious Mr. C. That night, the facade of a landmark building in the capital lit up with an LED advertisement, as the domineering Mr. C boldly declared his love.
"I love you, Jiang Yan. Yours, Mr. C."
[Steady, abstinent, doting CEO gong x swaggering, cocky agent shou]
Theme:
It's ok but a bit short
I feel that the content of the whole book is put together with the story of the supporting characters in other novels. The two protagonists are not outstanding at all and are weak. There are big bosses everywhere.
Can I still watch them falling in love [covering face and peeking]
"Book" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
... The protagonist is really weak and pitiful...
I haven't seen enough ah ah ah ah ah
It's pretty good, but I feel like I didn't see enough.
For a moment, I felt like I was having sex next door.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, Jianchen, how does it feel when your wife puts incense on you?
I don't know why I feel so depressed after reading this apparently quite happy novel. I wish they had been together in their last life. ^0^~
