[Pili] Poems and Songs

My name is Shici Y song Y Jinxiu.

My beloved mother gave me this name, though I don't like it very much.

Seeing my name and the way I dress, everyone assumes I'm a splendid scholar of the Confucian Sect.

In truth, it's only because Mother liked dressing me this way. I've worn these clothes since childhood, so I'm used to them. They have nothing to do with the Confucian Sect. Though I could technically be considered part of it, since I'm the son of the Imperial Confucian, even if few people know that.

In my early years, I never met anyone from the Confucian Sect. Even when the sect was active, I always managed to avoid its members. Even when I went looking for them, various things always got in the way, and we never met.

I lost my mother when I was young, so I wandered the world alone from childhood, with no one to rely on. If not for Mother's last words, I might have thought she gave birth to me all by herself. ╮(╯▽╰)╭

When I grew up, I entered the world to cultivate my heart. I followed my whims and traveled across the Four Realms, meeting many people, witnessing many things, and experiencing many emotions. I made many friends, saved many people, and did many things.

I have many questions, but I don't seek answers. I know many things, but I don't seek to understand their causes or consequences.

I spent half my life in ignorance and half my life clinging to things, only to learn in the end that everything is up to fate.

Don't believe this serious-sounding blurb! This is just a story about a goofball with powerful connections that are no use at all, great martial arts skills, and a terrible sense of direction!
