My Wife's Fighting Again

Two female leads, two couples. The heroines clash while the male leads watch their wives fight.

Couple 1: A poised, spirited policewoman who joined the force later in life × a pampered young scion from a politically connected family (Gu Wei × Zhao Changbai)

Couple 2: A brilliant, high-achieving young woman with a mental disorder × a handsome young psychiatrist (Yi Fu × Sun Jue)

Get ready for some corny pickup lines:

Couple 1: “I've chased after you for seven years, like a leaf chasing the wind. I've traveled through time, crossed oceans, and journeyed through the years. All you have to do is look back, and I'll still be here.” “I won't let go. I'll never turn back until I hit a wall.”

Couple 2: “Love is just a heady illusion brought on by hormones. Once the sparks have faded, all that's left is petty bickering and mutual resentment. Do you think I'd be crazy enough to invite that kind of trouble into my life?” “Before I met her, I never thought I could love someone so completely, without regard for my principles.”

At the end of the year, the first murder of the year took place in Haicheng. Three months later, there was a second, and two months after that, a third.

The victims were different, the methods varied, and there were no clues or apparent connections. The police were at a loss, and the whole city of Haicheng was gripped by fear.

Gu Wei had poured years of savings into a seaside apartment and was just getting ready to retire in comfort. Instead, she was forced to take command.

Gu Wei roared, “My long retirement vacation!!! What the hell, give me back my retirement vacation!!” She sharpened her knives.

Yi Fu smiled. “That officer is a tough one.” She, too, sharpened her knives.

Those who see through the darkness can find themselves in it too.

When you gaze into the abyss, I hope you don't become the abyss.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times; it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness; it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity; it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness; it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.
