Want to Date? I'm Kind of Awkward

Blurb: Fei Bai is the son of a famous nouveau riche family in City A. He's fair-skinned and beautiful, but his taste is peculiar. His clothes are covered in animal heads and leopard print, and he's even dyed his hair platinum blonde like an emperor.

The year Fei Bai graduates from high school, his parents give him thirty-five mines as an adulthood gift. They tell him he can squander thirty of them however he likes, and just keep the other five for their retirement.

Fei Bai agrees. Not long after, he shows up at a charity gala on his private jet.

In full view of everyone, he gets down on one knee and proposes to the award-winning actor Mo Tingyun, speaking in City A's local dialect: "Yunyun, will you marry me? Your bride price is thirty mines!"

Mo Tingyun comes from a prominent family and is extremely cold and aloof. He never lingers over anything he considers meaningless.

Sure enough, the man merely glances at Fei Bai, and a group of bodyguards rushes out to escort him from the venue.

Fei Bai is furious. He even went out of his way to wear leopard print from an overseas fashion show, and Yunyun barely gave him a second glance!

Determined to pursue true love, Fei Bai schemes his way into becoming the award-winning actor's assistant. He spends every day by his idol's side, getting so dazzled by his charms that he can barely think straight.

Unfortunately, it isn't long before Fei Bai learns that Mo Tingyun doesn't like him at all. He doesn't like Fei Bai's punk-rock hair, his tacky clothes, or the way he calls him "Yunyun" in his hillbilly accent.

Fei Bai holds it in for a while, then tears up and finally lets Mo Tingyun have it: "I'm done putting up with this!"

The assistant quits on the spot in the middle of the night, leaving the award-winning actor furious.

To help Fei Bai get over his heartbreak, his parents buy him a premium VIP account on a well-known dating site.

After meeting countless men, he finally finds one who catches his eye. Not only does this guy look like Mo Tingyun, he has yellow hair like Fei Bai, likes leopard print, and speaks the same backwater dialect!

Fei Bai has lost his wits over the breakup and decides to try his hand at a replacement romance. He quickly changes his username and profile picture to match his new online boyfriend's.

Then one day, he sees the award-winning actor Mo Tingyun hiding in the restroom, learning the local dialect from Fei Bai's fellow villagers.

Fei Bai is stunned. Did he actually find the real thing?
