(Doctor Romance) I'm Sticking with Him

Blurb:

Qin Xueli, a newly returned-from-abroad resident physician, smokes and drinks, stays up late, and doesn't take care of herself. Sometimes she's sweet and adorable, and sometimes she's domineering and tough.

X

Wen Yubai, chief physician of cardiothoracic surgery. His father is a cardiology expert, and his mother is a psychology expert. He's scheming and cold-faced, but actually a goofy flirt with a sharp tongue. He's an ordinary guy, not some male idol.

The hospital setting is more American-style. Don't dig too deeply into it.

Medical intern (after passing the exam) - resident physician - attending physician (associate chief physician) - department chief - chief director

Probably 100,000-200,000 words, depending on my mood.

When you're a surgeon, you can't describe the terror of your phone suddenly ringing in the middle of the night.

Xueli was the first to be woken by the phone. She rubbed her disheveled hair and fumbled for her phone in the dark. When she found the one glowing and blaring music, she glanced at it and tossed it to the person beside her.

"Yours."

Then she lay back down and immediately fell asleep. Wen Yubai had just reached the door when another phone started ringing. He picked it up and held it to Xueli's ear just as she was drifting off.

"Aaaah!" Xueli screamed as he pulled her up.

At three in the morning, the two of them were already up and rushing to the hospital.

They were doctors.

They had a heavy responsibility,

because someone's life was in their hands.
