Your Ancestor Has Logged In

Chu Jiming transmigrates into a cultivation world, where he is born into a fallen clan. After thousands of years of cultivation, he becomes an ancestor who has survived the tribulation and revitalizes his family. But just as he is about to ascend after overcoming the tribulation, he is accidentally struck dead by lightning. All that remains is a wisp of his soul, attached to the ancestral hall's ever-burning lamp as he recovers. After the world has changed beyond recognition, the lamp goes out and Chu Jiming is forced to wake up. He discovers excavators parked outside the ancestral hall, ready to tear the building down at any moment. Chu Jiming: (╬^_^) Should he destroy the excavator first, or go deal with those unworthy descendants? That is the question. Heads-up: 1. This is a story about an ancestor rising from his coffin, pretending to be a System, and teaching his descendants a lesson. 2. The grandchildren and later descendants aren't the protagonist's direct bloodline, just members of the same clan. Theme: The old ancestor's coffin lid won't stay shut
