My new novel, Summer Fairy Tale, is currently updating. It's a story about a secret crush coming true. Come check it out!
After working for a month without a single day off and performing more than 70 surgeries, Zhou Ziheng, usually in robust health, finally fell ill from exhaustion.
Mu Shuru came home to look after him. As soon as he saw her, he hugged her tight and rubbed his head against her chest.
She asked, "Dr. Zhou, have you taken your medicine?" He replied, "No."
She tried to push him away. "Then I'll go get it for you."
But he held her even tighter. "Don't move. I'm writing myself a prescription."
Also known as Mr. Curly Hair
When they first met, a gust of wind carried her drawing into his hands.
Someone nearby teased, "It looks just like him!" She flushed and hurried to clarify, "I wasn't drawing you."
Half a year later, he held her captive in his arms and bit her ear. "From now on, you can only draw me!"
She gave a quiet "Mm" and thought to herself: Actually, the person I've always been drawing is you.
Mu Shuru told herself that he was simply the right person who had come along at the right time, nothing more.
Zhou Ziheng told himself that she seemed pleasant enough, probably wasn't clingy, and since he had to marry someone, he might as well marry her.
Later, they finally realized they'd both eaten their words. It hurt, really hurt!
A heartwarming marriage romance: a surgeon who is cold on the outside and passionate within x a beautiful cost estimator who is aloof and adorably clueless, both warming and healing each other.
Bonus Scene
One day, six months after they married, Zhou Ziheng returned home from a business trip.
He saw that Mu Shuru's computer was still on, with a chat window open.
Best friend: Is he good to you?
Shuru: Pretty good.
Best friend: Is he good in bed? Smirking emoji
Shuru: Not really.
Zhou Ziheng's gaze darkened.
The next morning, Mu Shuru, who never slept in, couldn't get out of bed.
Zhou Ziheng breathed warm air by her ear. "Am I good in bed?"
He put particular emphasis on the words "good in bed."
Only then did Mu Shuru realize what he meant. She explained in a small voice, "I thought you meant whether you were good at your job!"
Please add my upcoming novel to your favorites: Dr. Xu's Homework
Xu Li, an associate chief physician and associate professor at Z University Affiliated Hospital, has long, thick eyelashes, red lips, and fair skin. Even in the sweltering heat, he buttons his shirt all the way to the top.
When he stands before his class with lowered eyes to assign homework, his cool, chaste demeanor sets countless girls' imaginations racing.
Yet Professor Xu, the doctor, sees no riot of color. His heart belongs to work alone.
To get him home sooner, Xu Li's grandmother assigns him a piece of homework: provide psychological counseling to his niece, a shy young woman with social anxiety who is so distantly related to him they barely know each other.
The first time she meets him, the girl blushes and timidly calls him, "Uncle Xu." Xu Li says coolly, "Call me Dr. Xu."
Two months later, Xu Mei comes home late, escorted by a young man.
Xu Li blocks the doorway, his tone cool. "Since you call me your uncle, I have to lecture you. Girls must be home before ten."
A year later, Xu Mei gets into graduate school. Xu Li walks her to her dormitory. Faced with her roommates' admiring stares, Xu Mei stammers, "This is my, my uncle."
That night, Xu Li corners Xu Mei on the balcony, one arm around her waist and the other lifting her chin. His long lashes lowered, he gazes at her red lips and asks, word by word, "Who am I to you?"
Xu Mei's face turns as red as jade, and her voice is barely audible. "My, my boyfriend!"
Two and a half years later, after Xu Mei graduates from graduate school, she wraps her arms around Xu Li's waist at the celebration and habitually calls him, "Dr. Xu~"
Xu Li sounds displeased. "Hmm? What should you call me now?"
Xu Mei blushes. "Honey~"
Xu Li: I'm going to do this homework for the rest of my life.
Xu Mei: He's as warm as a spring breeze, and completely irresistible!
Seven-year age gap
A cool, strict surgeon and medical professor with a warm heart and a generous spirit x a quiet, sensitive, timid and insecure young woman with social anxiety who doesn't know how beautiful she is
P.S. They are not uncle and niece. They are related by blood, but more than ten generations apart.
A breeze always blows toward spring, and someone will always come into your heart like a spring breeze, sweeping away the snow and ice within you and leading you into a springtime full of blossoms.
Theme:
I really like that article about what keeps a marriage going
I also finished this article. I really like it. I like the male and female protagonist so much.
I like it. I suddenly remembered that I had seen a very unknown zombie movie before. The ending paragraph is probably that the reason why the earth is round is to allow those who have lost their way to meet again. People who are destined to be together will definitely be together. No matter how big the circle is, we will always see each other again. If we are destined to be together in the end, it doesn't matter if it is a little later. It comes from the little fairy who lost his memory in the great serialization of the Song Dynasty actor. Come on, come on.
Congratulations on the completion! Give me flowers! Looking forward to the next blue hair card! I really want to see it!
Little boy Zhou You really inherited his father's excellent genes! What a personality,
Made it up after many years (?_ _)?
