I think I started writing it around the time of Captain America: Civil War. A lot happened in my real life too, so I stopped for a while. When I wanted to write again, I couldn't recapture how I felt back then.
Also, a major angst warning for new readers:
The author sincerely says this story is so damn angsty, I'm a monster (in pain). How could I have been so cruel when I wrote this?
The main story:
This is the story of an unreliable dad learning how to become dependable and grow as a person. The father and daughter will keep hurting each other because of their past issues (not really), but in the end they'll grow together and face life.
It's also in keeping with the title, Family Education. At its heart, it's about how adults can change themselves while teaching children that it's okay to make mistakes: what matters is cutting your losses in time and becoming a better person.
In the MCU, Iron Man 1 is a crucial turning point for Tony: from not seeing himself as a merchant of death, or even being proud of it, to changing his perspective and becoming a hero. To fit that transformation, the story's timeline also begins around the events of MCU Iron Man 1.

Gregg Stark was kidnapped by Hydra for human experimentation. He escaped the fate of becoming a monster or a zombie and became the new Dragon King.
Some say you can glimpse an imposing ancient dragon through Gregg, along with the gates of Hell opening for you.
Because he's the Devil's representative in the human world, the Demon King's beloved student, and the next ruler of Hell.

Ever since someone stole Lucifer's wings, Gregg Stark has been forced to start an internship in devilry as part of his career plan.
A devil is a higher being than an ordinary demon, such as the king of demons, the ruler of Hell, or Satan. Their main duty is to punish sinners.
The good news is that, aside from the punishment part, the job is easy. Whenever he's in the mood, he can do people favors. As for Lucifer, his mentor and senior, he simply played Gregg a song called Enjoying a Shameless Life as guidance on how to behave.
The gist of it can be summed up as:
