Wu Yi (An Untested Pitfall, Enter at Your Own Risk)

Sorry, there was a mix-up! This story won't start until June or July. I'm still working hard on the chapters, but unfortunately I set up the scheduled-posting box incorrectly and the story went live early... So I'll have to lock the chapters for now. And because of the rankings, this story will become a short novella. My new story is next door: The Wu-Yi Family (click here for the main story) Please head over. Thank you... A Su Nan was an ordinary Yi child. On his sixth birthday, he woke up with his mind suddenly opened, and memories of a past life came flooding back. He discovered that he was a wandering soul from another world. This place was much like the legendary "Miaojiang," and this "wandering soul" had fallen deeply in love with its mountains and rivers... A cozy farming story, not a power-leveling story. A pseudo-raising-up plot, no childbirth. Note: This is a "half and half" story: half farming, half cultivation of witchcraft. In short, it's all very fairytale-like and cozy. The setting is a world of witchcraft and gu poison. Unfortunately, the male lead and his friends are all small fry who can't make much of a stir. In short: There are storms in this story, but none are very strong. There is fantasy and witchcraft, but it's all fairly low-level. There's certainly melodrama, but unfortunately it isn't handled skillfully enough to reach the point of catfights. There may be political maneuvering, but it's not a life-or-death struggle of palace or household intrigue. This is the story of a group of small fry living in a world of witchcraft, dealing with chaos and doing their best to get by. The male lead and his partner meet as children and fall in love as teenagers, making them a model of young love (kids, don't try this at home). There's no way this could be a pure romance, so readers who insist on that can dive in without worry. Once again, this story features pseudo-transmigration, pseudo-fantasy, and a pseudo-raising-up plot... After many failed attempts, I, the author, am still determined to write a feel-good fairytale. Finally, this story is set in a fictional world, a fictional world, a fictional world (that's important, so I'm saying it three times). The author's imagination is limited, so this fictional world may inevitably feel a little familiar. Any similarities are purely coincidental. Also, this story is told from the perspective of the fictional Wu-Yi people. Please don't assume it refers to any real group.
