My Wife Is a Dodder Flower

Fang Chengshi had a semi-public secret: he'd suffered a very serious injury, and would never be able to get close to anyone or have children of his own.

Fang Chengshi also had a secret he kept deep in his heart: he'd loved someone from their freshman year of college to the present, even though that person had dumped him as soon as he graduated.

Fang Chengshi had kept using his old number. He had the other person's new number saved in his phone, but had never dared to call it.

Until one day, he found out that the other person had taken money from his family and abandoned him for a million.

With bitter liquor burning his throat and alcohol giving him courage, he dialed the number.

Before he could voice his questions and anger, a childish voice came from the other end.

Yang Goudan: Dad, someone called "Kissy Lickspittle Husband" is looking for you.

Yang Ming: Huh? That's your dad. Don't answer it.

Yang Goudan: But I already answered.

Yang Ming: ...

Fang Chengshi: ...

Fang Chengshi: Won't your wife mind if you don't change my contact name in your phone?

Yang Ming: I don't have a wife.

Fang Chengshi: I can be Yang Goudan's godfather!

Yang Ming: Have you considered that you might be his biological father?

Fang Chengshi: Um... If we get together, we might have to keep things platonic.

Yang Ming: How about you get off me first, then say that again?

A top who thinks he can't perform and is a lovesick puppy x a delicate, needy bottom who acts like a spoiled little flower

Content warning: The bottom is helpless around the house, clueless about farming, spoiled, coquettish, fussy, and timid. He depends entirely on the top to take care of him. The top is the bottom's devoted puppy. This is my personal preference, so please don't read if it's not for you.

Theme: Stay emotionally grounded and embrace change.
