Sir, Do You Have a Survival Guide?

Currently serializing: The Days I Pretended to Be a Cold and Aloof General

What do you do when your university is full of monsters?

Monster University Survival Guide, Rule One: Pretend to be a monster.

Xia Yunyi: "..." Pass.

Monster University Survival Guide, Rule Two: Pretend to be a slacker, lose all your credits, and go home early.

On the second day of school, ignoring his classmates' warnings, Xia Yunyi clung desperately to Professor Shen's leg and cried until he was hoarse:

"Professor, please take me on as your assistant! I'm brave and strong, well-behaved, and never cause trouble."

They say Professor Shen is a strict scholar, a Virgo with obsessive-compulsive tendencies who likes to fail half the class and is especially harsh with deductions.

The cold and ruthless Professor Shen gave a faint smile, adjusted his glasses, and said, "All right."

Much later, Student Xia clutched his transcript and once again cried until he was hoarse:

"Professor, I don't want an A+!!!"

Monster University Survival Guide, Rule Three: If the first two rules don't work... become an existence even more badass than the monsters.

Please note:

1. One-on-one romance, primarily from the bottom's perspective.

2. Bottom: a sweet-and-savory sesame rice ball; top: an icy, celibate type.

3. The bottom is the top's assistant, not his student.

Related to the world's "bug":

1. Completed modern romance: When You Have a Nonhuman Kin

2. For other completed works, see the author's page.

3. Please add my upcoming novel to your reading list: Raising Affection Points in Front of a Player. The blurb is just what the title says.

Everyone's Just Pretending: Big bro, please pay attention to the career plot, thanks.
