P.S. I've lost track of how many drafts I've revised. Anyway, it's a story about two people secretly in love with each other, plus a rabbit eating the grass by its own burrow. They are not blood-related! Their families have been friends for generations!

1. Neither character is perfect. Everything serves the plot.

2. There won't be a clear point when they fall in love. Rewarding myself by writing a brainless childhood-sweethearts story with endless indulgence.

3. Childhood sweethearts / older man / one-on-one romance. Old-school Mary Sue fiction, with plenty of melodrama. The rich people's lives are partly based on reality, but please treat the exaggerated parts as fictional.

In short,

Please don't view the story in black and white, and don't keep putting characters in boxes. It's not a perfect story, so please read politely.

If you're going to label the author as the heroine's mom or the hero's mom, don't read this. If you insist on making everything about some lofty message, don't read this either.

Writing this to feed my own obsession. Respect other people's tastes; it's a mutual choice.
