Escape into the Night

In the nineteenth year of the Republic, Gu Sheng, the youngest detective in the Shanghai Municipal Police, accompanied a friend to a gathering. A sudden fire broke out, and most of those present perished. Only thirteen people, including Gu Sheng, escaped by sheer luck. Afterward, the survivors of the fire began dying one by one, in the exact order in which they should have died in the blaze.

A tribute to the Final Destination series.
