Master Knew All Along

As the son of a heinous villain, Yan Xue was condemned by everyone and bullied from childhood.

He grew up under the cold stares of others, becoming a beautiful, fair-skinned young man.

The first time Shen Zhui Feng saw Yan Xue, he was a small, pale little bundle, crouched in a pool of blood with an obedient expression.

Everyone said that Shen Zhui Feng, the greatest swordsman under heaven, had taken a sickly little kitten as his disciple, and would have to keep him around as a pretty ornament.

Only Shen Zhui Feng knew that the kitten was wearing a disguise, and that beneath it lurked a pair of sharp, vicious claws.

When the bloodied blade flashed in Yan Xue's hand, the sun and moon lost their luster!

Villain: Wait, aren't you going to ask why I turned evil? I have a tragic backstory to tell you...

Yan Xue: Oh. (His blade falls.)

As the son of the big bad, of course he was a little villain who killed without blinking.

Shen Zhui Feng was renowned as the world's greatest swordsman, yet he never used a killing move. Fifteen years later, Yan Xue brought calamity upon the world.

Everyone thought Shen Zhui Feng would personally put an end to the little villain who had once been his disciple, until one day...

Shen Zhui Feng: Did you kill them?

Yan Xue: Yes.

Shen Zhui Feng: Are you hurt?

Yan Xue: Yes.

Shen Zhui Feng: Come here. Let your master blow on it.

Onlookers: ...????

Shen Zhui Feng's blade was once the mighty sword of a benevolent man.

From now on, it would be a sword of protection, drawn only for Yan Xue.

This blade cuts through heaven, earth, ghosts, and gods,

Defeats all beneath the heavens, and shields you from wind and snow.

Only for you.
