The Closer You Get, the Sweeter It Is

◤A makeup artist who's a hopeless beauty addict VS a singer who starts out ugly and becomes beautiful. The heroine wears a secret identity, digs herself into a hole, gets exposed, and ends up being pursued in a groveling romance.◢ Gu Wanning rented out her spare room to a strange young woman. Yellow hair, a down jacket in the middle of summer, and a thick cotton mask she wore all the time: in short, she was a complete oddball. Gu Wanning never would have imagined that one day this oddball would have her so lovesick she couldn't eat or sleep, with her mind filled with nothing but her. When her landlady pinned her against the wall for another kiss, Yu Sheng said, "Ningning, you... you weren't like this before!" Gu Wanning smiled. "Well, I hadn't realized how sweet you were back then." After all, people become like those they spend time with, and being with you makes everything sweet. * A little guide to this story: 1. Various humanoid species and humans coexist peacefully. The setting is fictional, and same-sex marriage is legal. This is just a cute little story, full of sweetness and fluff, so please don't get too hung up on the details~ 2. The rosy-faced cockatiel is scientifically known as a cockatiel, and in China it's commonly called a phoenix parrot. I have one at home. I came up with the idea first, then bought one to observe its habits and do research. I didn't just see a bird and start fantasizing about being with a bird weighing 100 grams. Really, I'm not a pervert... orz 3. Your cute author can be supported with follows and comments (///▽///). Please don't check my rankings. My next book,
