Princess Kaguya's Heian-Kyo Chronicle [Onmyoji]

Note: This is a casual story born from the author's random ideas. Updates will come when I have time, and it may sit untouched when I don't. It will not be published as a paid novel. Your silly author is busy at the end of the year, so I expect to return to this story after February 10. I'm very sorry. Gentle moonlight weaves a net But nothing shines like stars spread overhead Where does the flute's soft melody sing? With bamboo for a steed, I roam the four corners of the world Dark ink lays out a lonely past The bitter winter night stretches long, my pen feels cold The silent bamboo grove buries everything The jade boughs of Penglai sway in the breeze I was once trapped within, lost and confused I was once so lonely I couldn't sleep, with only emptiness to gaze upon I was once lost in memory, my heart filled with fear I once had nowhere to return to, no friends by my side, only the road Now I forge a pact and welcome the dawn Now I command the moonlight to shine through the night Now I join hands with friends and face adversity together Now I soar freely beneath vast skies and over open seas, my heart a song Princess Kaguya: In the future, would you be willing to go with me? Please add my new story, The Prince Who Embraces the Stars [Apocalypse], to your reading list. Reader's guide: 1. My version of Princess Kaguya includes some of my own ideas, such as amnesia, and may not match the one in Onmyoji exactly. 2. This fanfiction is based on the shikigami in the Onmyoji mobile game. It uses their biographies as its foundation, while also incorporating other elements inspired by my imagination. 3. Aside from pairings explicitly confirmed by Onmyoji's official canon, there will be no other obvious romantic storylines. Feel free to enjoy your own ships, but don't force your preferences onto others. 4. This is a lighthearted story written for fun on a whim. Updates may be irregular while I'm in school, but should be more frequent during winter and summer vacation. 5. Your silly author isn't very skilled, but has done their best to fix any plot holes. Please forgive me if any remain. 6. If you have suggestions, please give it a zero-star rating and leave them there. Negative ratings are not welcome. If this isn't to your taste, please click the X in the upper-right corner. Many thanks.
