Immortal Venerable Qingyan is immensely powerful, born with an immortal physique and the strongest person in this world. The only flaw in his otherwise perfect life is that he has a bit of a memory problem. Fortunately, he has a beautiful and kindhearted wife. Their marriage is happy, and their sex life is fulfilling. Even though he can't remember their past, she has never complained. But Qingyan feels he has let his wife down. After a series of preparations, he develops a secret art that sends his consciousness through the river of time, intending to search for his memories himself. -- Three thousand years ago, Qingyan was still a hotheaded kid: rebellious, but good at fighting. Fortunately, he also longed for a perfect wife. The two of them decide to take the initiative. The sooner they find her, the sooner they can have her and enjoy life together. As the older and younger versions of Qingyan are putting together a travel plan, Qingyan suddenly sees his younger self grinding his teeth in anger before pinning a child to the ground and beating him senseless. The child is arrogant, but undeniably beautiful. The child naturally fights back, but he's not as strong or as skilled as little Qingyan. Despite struggling with all his might, he still fails. His beautiful face is pressed hard into the dirt, and tears of hatred and humiliation well up in his amber eyes... Qingyan suddenly falls silent. His voice is hoarse. I... I suggest you let him go. His younger self is still defiant. Why should I? Don't tell me you're on his side? Qingyan: I don't know what the point is of taking sides, but I do know that beating your wife is a terrible idea.
