The Female General and the Imperial Censor

[Novel Blurb] In a military camp in Youzhou, Gu Lian was surveying the battlefield from the generals' platform, ready to crush her foes. Who could have guessed that an imperial edict would arrive from the capital? "By the Mandate of Heaven, the Emperor decrees: Imperial Envoy Ye Zhou is appointed Supervising Army Commissioner to help our Great Zhou reclaim its cities. He is also betrothed to General Gu Lian, Defender of the North. After your triumphant return, you are to go back to the capital and be married!" What in the world! A betrothal? What was her imperial cousin up to? Gu Lian looked at the eunuch delivering the edict. "Eunuch Zhang, did you pick up the wrong edict?" "General Gu, His Majesty said there is no mistake. You and Lord Ye Zhou are made for each other." To hell with being made for each other! She was having a wonderful time fighting battles. Why arrange a marriage for her? "Achoo!" "My lord?" Ye Zhou shook his head, yawned as he held his book, and said, "It's nothing. I may have caught a chill."
