All the Way Toward the White

What do you do if a rookie takes a liking to you?

This rookie is selfish, cowardly, and disloyal. When danger strikes, he leaves you behind and runs.

He steals your things, eats your food, uses your stuff, and spends your money.

You put the past behind you and treat him like a brother.

And in the end, he still wants to... you?

[A silly, lighthearted story]
