The Lamb of the Altar of Ruin

As a researcher for the Otherworld Alliance, Mu Ling's job is to test all kinds of reagents. The number of test subjects who have died at his hands is at least eight hundred. So in other people's eyes, Mu Ling is a loyal member of the Alliance.

He thinks so too. To make others believe you, you have to fool yourself first.

As one of the Otherworld Alliance's weapons, Chi Xiao's mission is to clear away every obstacle. The number of people who have died at his hands is at least eight hundred. But he has a secret quirk nobody knows about: collecting things that carry Mu Ling's scent.

..."Why?" The man turned his face toward the person standing in the doorway. Even he hadn't expected to still be alive.

Mu Ling didn't answer. He walked straight out.

..."Xiao Ling'er, you're such a treasure." The red-haired man lounged in his chair, watching the person on the monitor as a wicked smile curled across his lips.
