Cannon Fodder Dies in a Hundred Battles (GL)

Ye Han transmigrated into a novel about a powerful heroine.

She thought she'd escaped the shadow of death, but can someone explain why she has to play all those cannon fodder characters who run away, only to keep rushing toward their inevitable deaths???

System: →_→ Heh. Otherwise, why do you think you keep coming back to life?

Heroine: Why can I always see her? Why does she come back to life after dying? Is this some new way to hit on girls?

Ye Han: The original scene had a hundred cannon fodder characters, but now it's just me. This is so awkward...

Ye Han: How am I supposed to explain that I just died and then appeared in front of the heroine again? I'm freaking out...

Ye Han: Wait, what happened to the romance plot we were promised? Why is the heroine looking at me more and more strangely?

A few things to note:

The System is just a system. It won't act too human or steal the spotlight.

This story doesn't have much logic, so don't nitpick the details.

The heroine will keep dying and coming back to life.

The world of the powerful heroine novel is one of supernatural abilities and apocalypse, so expect all kinds of powers and zombies.
