In her three years since debuting, Shao Xiuyu has set three rules for Chi Mo.
[No kissing scenes
Be home before midnight
Fly with him to Sapporo for skiing on the first of every month]
For three years, Chi Mo has been careful, afraid that her backer might show even the slightest dissatisfaction.
As Shao Xiuyu puts it, she's a little sparrow he keeps. The biggest stage she could ever stand on is the one in his palm.
With the slightest gust from him, she soars. When he suddenly closes his hand, she crumples in the mud.
The bird has been tamed, and Chi Mo can no longer tell whether the flowers filling the room are roses or red spider lilies.
2.
In April of the fifth year, Chi Mo breaks Shao Xiuyu's rules. She not only accepts a kissing scene, but her first scene is a bed scene.
That day, the film crew clears the set, leaving Shao Xiuyu alone in the room, staring at the monitor.
Chi Mo speaks to the monitor. "After we shoot this scene, let's break up."
The director calls action. Shao Xiuyu sends the male actor away and takes his place himself.
In the pitch-black room, Shao Xiuyu strokes the frightened little sparrow and coolly says two words: "In your dreams."
Chi Mo finally comes to her senses. As filming nears its end, she resolves to leave Shao Xiuyu.
Just as Shao Xiuyu said, everyone comes out to stop her.
The director plays the victim, the production company gives her trouble, and her rivals finally get the chance to drag her through the mud.
With everything on the line, Chi Mo leaves it all behind and hides overseas.
3.
On a snowy night, Chi Mo wraps herself tightly in a blanket.
In the dark, someone turns on the heater. She switches on the light, and Shao Xiuyu's large hand rests on her forehead. "You're sick."
Shao Xiuyu takes her to the hospital. As they pass the ski resort, he hangs a piece of jade he has kept close to his body around her neck. "Chi Mo, I'm better now. If you want to fly, then fly."
Only later does Chi Mo learn how frantically Shao Xiuyu searched for her after she left.
He went to the Sapporo ski resort where they first met, but got into a car accident on the way and nearly died from his injuries.
It seems the accident also cured his obsessive nature.
When Chi Mo returns to the entertainment industry, a director asks her to act in a film, but she says she needs to look after her family. Shao Xiuyu asks her if he counts as family.
In the end, Chi Mo still loses to Shao Xiuyu. "It's been five years. I'm too lazy to find someone new."
Shao Xiuyu kisses Chi Mo. "We're getting married today. Whatever my wife says goes."
Chi Mo: I have three rules too.
[Give me freedom
Lots of freedom
Lots and lots of freedom]
Shao Xiuyu: No, lots and lots of love.
Chi Mo: You're finally getting the hang of it, friend.
Shao Xiuyu: I died once. Now I understand everything.
The sun and moon sink because of you. I sink into you because we never gave up on loving each other.
Devoted, dangerously obsessive man x aloof beauty
Blurb for Can I Trip You Up?
The first time Jiang Ruo meets Lin Chen, the boy fixes his sharp eyes on the camera she raises. "Could you use a more sophisticated way to scam me?"
Jiang Ruo taunts him. "A face like yours will go to waste if I don't take a picture."
Lin Chen: Your IQ is probably going to waste already.
Jiang Ruo raises an eyebrow. "Should I take a picture of you, then?"
Lin Chen storms off in a huff.
The second time Jiang Ruo runs into Lin Chen, he's being confessed to by the campus belle from his department.
Jiang Ruo gets so angry she throws away the gift she just bought.
Lin Chen walks over, picks up the crystal ball, and asks, "Is this for me?"
Jiang Ruo: It's for a dog.
Lin Chen puts the cat in his arms into her hands. "Perfect. This one's for you."
Jiang Ruo doesn't know whether to laugh or cry, and can only accept the cat Lin Chen keeps.
Later, Jiang Ruo falls for a four-legged creature, and Lin Chen falls for crystal balls.
On graduation day, Jiang Ruo asks Lin Chen when he started liking crystal balls. He replies, "That evening, when the sun was setting and you flirted with me."

Embarrassing me, I said why the copywriting was different from what I had seen elsewhere. The feelings are placed in the copywriting of another book. . .
I hate authors with bad writing the most, scumbag
So how did an abandoned pit article come to be recommended?
There is no copywriting for this article
