We Agreed Not to Talk About Feelings

New novel, A Little Sun, is now underway~

My Weibo: Boss Loves Fish

On a warm March day, a director posted on Weibo:

The TV series Red String, adapted from the novel of the same name, has confirmed Liang Zhi as the male lead and Qin Yao as the female lead. Filming will begin at the end of the month.

Two of the entertainment industry's rare clean-cut stars are coming together, and their fans, starved for years, look on warily.

Have two people so squeaky-clean that all we know of them is their work star in a cheesy romance drama? The screenwriter is bold. The director is a genius.

Let's just sit back and watch this production crash and burn.

Of course, even as they complained about the director, some die-hard fans still rallied behind the Liang-Qin pairing.

After all, they'd been worrying themselves sick over their idols' love lives for ages. ╮(╯▽╰)╭

But before they could worry much longer, everyone was hit with a face-slapping shock three days later.

Slap, slap, slap.

Fans: Holy crap, I just lost both my husbands at once.

This was three days after filming for Red String began.

Qin Yao, whose Weibo account was as clean as an official account, suddenly posted a picture in the middle of the night, stunning countless night owls.

One person (male) has another person (female) pressed against the kitchen counter…?(????ω????)

The caption read: I'm Qin Yao's manager. Here's what you wanted. You're welcome. I'm going to rest and focus on my pregnancy now.

Qin Yao, realizing what was going on too late: Teacher Liang, we agreed not to get involved romantically.

Liang Zhi, perfectly calm: If you don't have romance in a romance drama, you're deceiving the audience.

But Teacher Liang, do you know your fans are already lining up at the Oriental Pearl Tower?

The fans who accidentally brought their two husbands together: Don't stop me, I'm going to go die now!

This story is also known as How to Drive Your Own Fans Crazy.

Silly, lighthearted fun. Hope you enjoy it!
