Another Person

Le Ran has a secret: if she and her previous incarnation, Le Jingyi, fall asleep at the same time, they can switch bodies. Fortunately, once they got the hang of it, it didn't disrupt either of their lives much. In fact, they began using the difference in time between their worlds to help each other.

Le Jingyi can help Le Ran win the guzheng competition with a performance of an ancient piece, while Le Ran can use a portrait to help Le Jingyi catch the attention of someone powerful and escape the fate of drifting along with the tide.

Life in their own eras leaves both of them unsatisfied, but in each other's worlds, they begin to shine. Even so, Le Ran never imagined that one day she would stay forever in the world that belonged to Le Jingyi.

In short, it's a story about two girls who can't get ahead in their own eras, but thrive after swapping identities.
