The Girl Is an Egg

Blurb One:

To ordinary parents, their child is a precious little treasure, and Yan Yu's family is no exception.

The only difference is that other people's precious little treasures are people, while Yan Yu is literally an egg!

Blurb Two:

This is Yan Yu's second year as an egg. Her usual place to live is inside her eggshell, and her mode of transportation is her own little brother.

On a bright, sunny day in her second year as an egg, her means of transportation was unfortunately robbed. The thief rummaged through his backpack and, even more unfortunately, took her along with it.

With thunder and lightning raging all around, she trembled and clenched her teeth, not daring to speak. She was afraid people would mistake her for a demon egg and dispose of her, until she felt someone tap on her shell and ask in confusion, "Bro, is this an ostrich egg? Is it edible?"

"Crack it open and try it," someone replied nonchalantly.

Yan Yu: ...

Mom, I want to go home! Someone wants to eat your precious baby! Aaaaaah!
