Lotus Lantern Fan Fiction: With You

He is the greatest warrior god of the Three Realms, Erlang Shen Yang Jian, the Manifestation of Holiness and Benevolence. She is Li Lou, daughter of Nüwa and Mother Earth. For two thousand years, she has loved him as his younger sister, without his knowledge. When their buried past is brought to light and the Three Realms once again fall into peril, what path will these two people, each carrying the fate of the Three Realms in their hearts, choose? Perhaps Li Lou and Yang Jian can still be together, but is there any hope for Yang Jian and Yang Chan? Between the people of the Three Realms and you, how should I choose?

This is a Lotus Lantern fan fiction. Some elements draw on the settings of The Tale of Wukong and Xiaoyao You. This story is about far more than the relationship between the leads; it also explores the fate of the Three Realms. On the surface, the leads are set up as siblings, but as the story unfolds, things will change considerably. The first chapter includes a transmigration scene, but it's only a brief interlude; the leads are from the same timeline.

P.S. Yang Jian got me into Jiao Enjun's work: "Because of a god, I fell in love with a person." The Second Brother has suffered so much in his life. Even though Lotus Lantern has a happy ending, I still felt something was missing, because the Second Brother never had anyone by his side who could stand shoulder to shoulder with him. So I created Li Lou, someone who could love and understand him.
