Young Victoria loses a bet and is sent to work as a housekeeper in a gloomy old castle.
Who knew the castle's owner would turn out to be Charles, the washed-up novelist she'd had a crush on for years?
"I'll say it again. I'm not your maid! I'm here to manage your estate, not make your tea, warm your bed, or run your bath!"
"But I bought you for the price of a maid."
Poor Victoria is terrified every day by the gloomy, hot-tempered novelist, who's just broken up with his longtime boyfriend.
Still, at least she has the advantage of living so close to him. Every night, she gets to hear an entertaining bedtime story, most of them about ghosts, zombies, and vampires.
But since she thinks he's already come out of the closet, the fearless little maid pays no heed to the difference between men and women, shamelessly flaunting her charms and stripping whenever she likes. Until one day, the novelist finally pounces on her...
"Y-You like men, don't you?!"
"I never said I didn't like women too!"
So, what do you do when your idol comes out of the closet?
What else can you do? Win him back!
