The Six-Eared Macaque and Sun Wukong

Comedy version:

One day, Sun Wukong fought the Six-Eared Macaque and beat him so badly that he was seriously injured. Furious, the Six-Eared Macaque went back to Mount Emei.

Meanwhile, at Flower-Fruit Mountain.

Sun Xiaoliu: Dad, when is my other dad coming back?

Sun Wukong: When he's had enough fun.

Sun Xiaoliu: What if he has Six Little Suns at Mount Emei and renames them Six Little Emeis?

Sun Wukong: ...

Heartbreaking version:

What is the meaning of survival?

Five hundred years ago, the monkey once said, "I want to live forever, share the heavens' fate, and be the carefree Great Sage Equal to Heaven!"

Five hundred years later, the Six-Eared Macaque also said, "I want to journey west to seek the scriptures, attain enlightenment, and stop being a mountain demon."

But... when Sun Wukong met the Six-Eared Macaque, who gave himself up and impersonated whom?

I am not Sun Wukong, but I gave myself up to make someone else whole.

I am not the Six-Eared Macaque, but I was cast aside so someone else could have everything.

In a nutshell: This is the story of a monkey couple leveling up, fighting immortals, and raising a little monkey!

These are my personal favorite tropes. If they're not for you, click the X.

Announcement: The Six-Eared Macaque goes premium on 2021.6.29 at ten in the morning! The chapters that will become paid start at Chapter 34, and there will be three updates around ten that night~
