The Dragon Map and the Long-Armed Macaque

As the ruler of the Ten Halls of Hell, the King of Hell must be cold and ruthless, showing no favoritism and keeping up his aloof image at all costs! But all that posturing crumbles to dust in front of the Demon Consort!

A terrified ghost clerk rushed into the hall and shouted, "Your Majesty, disaster! The Long-Armed Ape has overturned the cauldron of boiling oil!"

King of Hell: ... Endure it.

The ghost clerk returned, even more terrified. "Disaster, Your Majesty! The Long-Armed Ape is fighting Zhong Kui!"

King of Hell: … Endure it!

The ghost clerk came a third time, trembling. "Disaster! The Long-Armed Ape... the Long-Armed Ape stewed Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's beast, Di Ting!"

King of Hell: … Deep breath. Stay calm.

The ghost clerk came a fourth time, utterly hopeless. "Your Majesty, the Long-Armed Ape is in the Hall of Rebirth, picking a consort for... for you..."

Smack!

The King of Hell snapped.

If he could still put up with this, he wouldn't be Long Tu!
