The Commentary on the Book of Documents explains “Huaxia” as follows: “The splendor of ceremonial robes is called Hua; a great nation is called Xia.”
The Yellow Emperor ruled the world by establishing the proper garments. The beauty of its clothing is called Hua; the grandeur of its rites and ceremonies is called Xia. Hua and Xia are one.
This is how we Chinese came to be known as the Huaxia people, a nation of etiquette.
When Chinese people themselves abandoned Hanfu and traditional etiquette, our neighbors Korea and Japan took them up and mocked us, saying we were no longer the rightful heirs of Huaxia. Now that we have neither “Hua” nor “Xia,” can we still call ourselves, with a clear conscience, the descendants of Yan and Huang and the people of Huaxia?
Welcome to enjoy “Dance of the Heavenly Palace,” a showcase of the breathtaking beauty of Hanfu:

This book says that other things are not good, but there is no other way. Do you still need to read the official version of Dameng?
Come on my comrades↖(^ω^)↗comrades are the best! Finally found the article that writes about Hanfu! BixinyoO(∩_∩)O
Very good content. It makes me curious about Meiren's career.
I haven't been to Jinjiang for four years, so I happened to watch "Han Yi Tian Xia" and decided to come in.
Come on, comrades! ! ~
Thumbs up! Meiren is great
I really like ancient clothes, but I have never found clothes that are reasonably priced and of good quality
We don't wear kimonos every day in Japan. They only wear them during certain festivals. We can actually have a festive atmosphere.
In fact, justice lies in the hearts of the people. Look at Zhang Yimou. At the Olympic Games, the beauty performed in a Tang suit, but the beauty only wore a cheongsam during the awards ceremony. Which one is more important? Who can represent China? It's clear, right?
