Believer in God

Also known as: How to Scientifically Turn Down a Love Pitch from a Sociopath

As a police officer who's always ready to quit and become a kept man, Wen Zhixia one day meets Yisha, who claims to be the devoted representative of God on earth.

Apparently, this representative helps elderly people cross the street, gives up his seat to pregnant women, and is also a respected teacher.

There's just one thing wrong with such a fine believer.

He's unlucky.

A hundred people die in a church, and Yisha just happens to be unconscious inside. He's mistaken for the culprit and locked up in a mental hospital.

Wen Zhixia: Come with me, you terrifying criminal.

Yisha: I'm really innocent.

At a wealthy family's banquet, the rich young woman's father dies mysteriously. Wen Zhixia arrives and discovers that Yisha is the suspect again.

Yisha: I really wasn't coveting someone else's fortune.

Wen Zhixia: You despicable criminal, come with me.

A strange game appears across the city. Before the victims disappear, the only person they contacted was Yisha.

Yisha: Actually, I only play match-three games. This time, it really has nothing to do with me.

Wen Zhixia: You stubborn criminal, come with me.

Arresting Yisha has become a habit for Wen Zhixia.

"Officer, I'm really innocent." The great demon king is always teary-eyed.

"I believe you. Here, put these handcuffs on and come with me."

However many times Wen Zhixia arrests Yisha, this suspicious character escapes just as many times. He thinks that one day, the suspect will finally be caught.

Yisha: I've already fallen into the net of your love~

Wen Zhixia: You're under arrest.

A love story that's not really about solving cases, but about stirring up trouble and pulling off all kinds of unbelievable stunts.

A seemingly sweet, inwardly scheming demon king seme x a rough-around-the-edges, laid-back police officer uke

The main characters commit no crimes.
