A Generation's Female Hero Is Called Caicai!

My name is Lin Cai, and ever since I was little, I've thought my master was crazy.

"Cai Cai~ Did you memorize the cultivation method I just taught you, my child?" My master asked gently, watching me eat the braised chicken wings he had made with a loving look on his face.

"Master, shouldn't you refer to yourself as 'your master'?"

"Nonsense! Our Tianshan Sect is a righteous martial arts school that has always placed the utmost importance on the etiquette between master and disciple, as well as the distinction between men and women! I refer to myself as 'your master' when speaking to male disciples, and as 'your father' when speaking to female disciples. Put the two together, and you get 'master'!" My master angrily explained his reasoning to me.

His words startled me so much that I dropped the braised chicken wing I hadn't finished gnawing on.

I thought my master's reasoning made a lot of sense, but something about it still seemed off...

Only later did I realize that, from beginning to end, I had been the only female disciple in the Tianshan Sect...

Heh. I guess my master really is crazy.

Oh, right. My master's name is Lin Tangfeng, and mine is Lin Cai.

Hmm... Something still doesn't seem quite right?
